These metrics may be from simple tracking of program performance, full blown Earned Value Management (EVM) implementation, and/or developing processes and metric tracking tools for an entire organizations portfolio of initiatives.
Our goal is to assist program sponsors by establishing a framework, within their organization, for capturing meaningful, timely and actionable metrics that can be used to support the delivery of successful programs in a repeatable and consistent way.
