Summary

Our client is a relatively new Minority-Owned multi-State Security Services firm.  They had a need to develop core business processes to assist with marketing, sales, and operations.  We led several initiatives including website development and proposal development and operational processes.

Our Role

Our role was to program lead several initiatives consisting of: 1) Website development; 2) RFP response process and templates; 3) Operations Quality Management processes to monitor Security Guard operations in the field.  The engagement was approximately three months in duration.

Client Benefit

The client received multiple benefits from our engagement: 1) A new website (client did not have a website); 2) A significant municipal contract for Security Guard Services; and 3) Operational processes to monitor Security Guard operations.  The client is very satisfied with the Services we provided and view our firm as a Trusted Advisor.
